DO INDIANS NEED TO FOLLOW A TASTELESS DIET?

Image
No to my mind. Tasteless foods are so bland that you won't want to eat them.                  Indian diet is a good balance of carbs (various food grains and unrefined rice, wheat, etc.), pulses, vegetables, seasonal fruits, nuts and seeds, organic eggs, fresh milk, etc. Most of the Indian food items include pure unrefined cooking oil that is ‘Ghana oil’ and sweeteners like honey, wholesome food like jaggery, dried fruits.                  Fresh green leafy vegetables, bhakri, varan bhaath are awesome. Balanced tasty meals are to die for. Along with Kothimber wadi, thali pith, pithla some surprising chutneys, thecha, salad, Kanda paath are complimentary. Mutton and a lot of non-vegetarian food having a bunch of nutrients are love to and die for. Most of the Indians know to cook such dishes by nurturing the nutritional value. Food habits and culture must go hand in hand.         “GOOD TASTE IS AS GOOD AS A GOOD COMPANY."                     A typical Mah

Because Life Matters!!

Image
🕐Bcoz...Life matters !!! Life is a beautiful gift by God to us. Having a life means you have a chance to achieve what you want, enjoy things and live with people around you. Many of us don't understand the importance of Life and thus spend most of our lives in regret. Life is not all about pain and regret, but about the experiences and learnings, we have. One important aspect of Life is that it keeps going forward. This means nothing is permanent. Hence, there should be a reason to stay in dejection. A happy occasion will come to pass, just like a sad one. Above all, one must be optimistic no matter how bad things get. This is because nothing will stay forever. Every situation, occasion, and event shall pass. This is certainly a beauty of Life⭐. Many people become very sad because of failures . However, these people certainly fail to see the bright side. The bright side is that there is a reason for every failure. Therefore, every failure teaches us a valuable lesson. This means e

History is often Half Mystery!

History is often Half Mystery! The largest Monolith Temple in the World –  Kailash Temple, 16th Cave in Ellora, Aurangabad We do not know who constructed this, why it was constructed, and the way it was constructed. Nobody is aware of when it was constructed. This construction itself is a mystery… Until now this sort of Monolithic method was nowhere constructed. There are many 2 ft size tunnels found in this temple. Those tunnels were built while construction however instead of being straight, they were dug in the direction of the earth. Many of the tunnels were been closed by the Indian government for the last 40 years. Moreover, these tunnels weren’t formed naturally. they have been constructed. So the query is, to dig these small tunnels, first a person has to enter into them. However, a person cannot get into it for sculpting. Then, who constructed these tunnels?  Furthermore, they were dug very deeply into the bottom. After just a few ft deep, these tunnels lead to left or right

You are enough!

It is always easier than you think! Once there was a man, who was very stingy with his money. He said to his wife Mary, “When I die, bury some 50,000 $ with me in my coffin because I can’t die without money!!”. His wife agreed. Some years later, the man died. At the funeral, a lady saw Mary keeping something in the coffin. She asked,” Did you really put 50,000$ in the coffin!!”. Mary said, “Yes, I cannot break my husband’s promise. I put the 50,000$”. The lady asked, “Are you serious?” Mary said, “Yes, I wrote a cheque!” 😂 It’s funny, but yes, it is always easier than we think.  The bad breaks, the closed doors, and disguised people seem a greater barrier than they are.  People can’t override what is ordained for you. Hard times, detours, delays, injustice are moving us into our destiny and not away from it.  If I was as attractive as the girl next door, If I was born in their family I would live a better life, If I had a better personality,  If I had a greater talent, are the co

'O' for Oxygen, 'O' for Oceans

Image
We all have been grown up listening to slogans ‘Save trees’ and ‘Trees are lungs of earth’ and the reason being they provide us oxygen. But have we ever been curious to know about the real lungs of our mother earth?  Well, we definitely need trees to survive but more than that we need oceans to survive. You might wonder how we are dependent on oceans. Here's the reason, s cientists estimate 50-80% of oxygen production on Earth comes from the Ocean. Phytoplankton - algae releases oxygen during their photosynthesis process. It captures 40% of all CO2 produced. Interesting fact check on global warming: We all might think that the biggest contributor to temperature rise is CO2, but the greenhouse gas which contributes to global warming highest is none other than water vapor. Then one question will definitely strike you ‘Why so much attention is given to reduce CO2?’ The answer to this question is warming caused by man-made emissions of CO2 and other greenhouse gases are increasing the
