Why so hard on yourself!

WHY SO HARD ON YOURSELF

          It starts with those dreams yours or someone else, starts with those expectations yours or someone else, starts with you!!!

        Sometimes we don't think about ourselves, sometimes we don't even think. We see the road we walk on, we know where it's heading but still, we lost. We don't want to talk ourselves.

         Take a moment, grab that coffee cup .open that window. Side those tingling noises, that long lines of code and take a deep breath. we burn ourselves in things and work so much that we forget to spend time with ourselves. We are so busy becoming perfect that we don't even think who we are what we really want??.

         Why put that happiness after a certain goal or after a certain achievement those conditions.

 if (i == I get that)

{

      I will be happy

}

else if{

        try hard my boy

}

else {

       you're not good enough

 }

But there is always going to be an error in such programs.

           ERROR NO 71: Hey but you never say when to stop.

    Then ask yourself that you really need that hard push or not. sometimes it's necessary to know when to stop.

     How hard you do, how hard you study, how hard you care about things there is going to be void. not trying to accept that void. we think of solutions. We don't care about what is around us we are so blind and lost. walk away from accepting the truth.

        Sometimes we blame the things that are out of our control. it's good to take responsibility when you make mistakes but when you are hard on yourself you forget your human too.

       When something never goes according to plan we blame ourselves instead you do your best.

         We make mistakes, we refine our personality. we go through every emotional ride up, down, shame and sorrow.

       It's great to be ambitious and actively work towards your goal when you start to compare your success to other people you forget the progress you have made.

    Learn to appreciate your journey. Everyone grows at a different pace and just because you're not the place you want to be yet doesn't mean you will never get there.

       Trying hard is a good thing but hard work without direction without proper breaks will harm you. hard work pays when you talk to yourself about your progress you feel that growth.  Is it worth blindly following that ??

         You don't need those High adrenaline-boosting hard motivational speeches. Your need is just you and your thoughts. Those are enough to define who you are !!

      You just need deep dive into the river, those seashores not those exited guide gurus, and their motivation quotes telling you that you are not up to the mark but you just need that simple conversation with loved ones, those books on your bookshelf, those winds around your house, those stars with that shining moon needs your attention.

             It never takes a thousand bucks to dive in the lake with your friends.   It never takes to crore rupees to gaze at stars from mountains.  It never takes too much cost to talk person you love and care about. It takes no money to fight a pillow fight with loved ones.

It never takes too much to put toothpaste on your friend's face. It is never so costly to climb on trees and see those gorgeous views. (But don't blame me if you fall off😛).

It takes nothing to sacrifice one night's sleep and take a long ride with friends and just wonder like a ghost.👻

        It takes no money to sing that pretty song with a bad voice (I m talking about mine) so loudly that people will see how mad you are. It takes no money to dance like a mad person. These are the things you need.

We like to punish ourselves we think pain and suffering will make us strong we want to take the that hard road. But is it really worth it? When we are not prepared for that change, we are not aware of ourselves. Just take a break, my friend. Don't be so hard on yourself.
